Living in nyc all my life , this is the absolute worst place I ever been to. Iam even surprised some customer gave a good review . Like how is that possible ? First , the server was very nice . Have no complaints about that . But the etiquette and manners that the owner have for its customers is beyond rude and disrespectful . We were eating lunch and all of a sudden , the owner comes in and starts doing a very loud construction in front of us with loud noises , carrying heavy grills right in front of us while the water was splashing ( we got wet from it ) while we were eating . The owner , the cook and the coworker( I assume) didn’t even care one bit that we existed and they started doing construction that was unbearable for us to eat . ( I assume they are discriminating ) The customer behind us and the other two customer behind the other customer was very upset about it and just left the store but luckily they didn’t order any food . They were waiting to order when this ruckus of an experience happened . We were so upset by this so we stopped eating , asked for a check and left the store . There was no apology or nothing . They were doing construction like we didn’t exis

The food is great but the service is horrible. I ordered 2 patters for pick up and i ask for the white sauce and the lady said it in the bag. When i got home there was no sauce. That the restaurant there there 2 guys drink beer and liquor with loud music. The workers where talking to them. My food was ready and had me waiting for 10 min extra i was there 7/23/2026 at 10:15

We have been customers of Gyro Corner for years. The last time we ordered, it was excellent. This time however, they truly dropped the ball. The Greek fries were a soggy, mushy mess. The kabob was way too overdone and chewy and tough with no flavor at all. The chicken gyro was scant and tasteless - nothing but an explosion of lettuce when opened. One of the lemon wedges still had the stickers on it. Not one, but two stickers. Makes me wonder….. were they even washed??? My husband and son enjoyed their regular gyros. We will of course give them another chance because we’ve ordered from them for so long, but for over $100, this meal was terrible.

HORRIBLE!!! Terrible service, overpriced for food that is extremely mediocre and bland. Lady in front is extremely unprofessional and rude and kept going back and forth with me, telling me I did not order what i ordered. WTH? My husband was right next to me when I placed the order and confirmed what was said. I simply told her the order was incorrect even though SHE confirmed with me when ordering. Miscommunications happen, I get it. But not taking accountability and arguing with me was something I have NEVER experienced from any business. Truly embarrassing as a "business". I was okay with keeping the food and never asked for a remake but how the situation was handled was BEYOND careless. Not only was she disgustingly unprofessional, but the food was also flavorless and priced so high for a run down takeout spot. SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY for WAY BETTER greek options in the area with MUCH BETTER food and friendly staff. This place does not care about customers and just want your money.

Gyro Corner has delicious food a lot in a tray Ordered Gyro platter comes with lamb gyro pita bread and rice with tzatziki sauce. Spinach Pie, with Greek Salad feta cheese Delmata fresh red onions, tomatoes, cucumbers. OPA Opa....
